Our delivery timeline begins once your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour processing and dispatch period. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, shipments to remote locations may occasionally fall outside the estimated timeframe.
We work diligently with our shipping partners to minimise delays, especially for our international customers. However, please be aware that customs clearance delays are beyond our control.
We deliver to the UAE, Middle Eastern countries, and Canada. Enjoy free shipping on orders over 350 AED within the UAE!
• UAE Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) – Free over 350 AED
• UAE Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) 19.50 AED – when order is below 350 AED.
• UAE Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) – 30 AED
• Middle East Standard Delivery (7-10 Working Days, customs fees may apply) – 30 AED
• Canada (8-10 Working Days, customs fees may apply) – 50 AED
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. To qualify for express delivery, orders must be placed by 12 pm. Our order processing hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am–5 pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next working day. Please note that express delivery orders made after 12 pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
In some cases, the postage cost calculated at checkout may not fully cover the actual shipping charges. If this occurs, Reeh Al Madinah reserves the right to request payment for the difference before processing and dispatching your order.
