If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products in their original condition, provided they are securely packaged and sent back to us. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this timeframe.
To qualify for a return:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified period.
Our policy provides for a full refund or exchange on sealed and packaged items returned within 14 working days of purchase. However, fragrance oils in clear or crystal bottles are excluded from this policy. Refunds apply only to regular-priced items; sale, promotional, reduced, or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
For damaged items, refunds or replacements will only be issued upon receipt of video or photographic evidence of the damage.
